ACCOMMODATION

The estate and house has the most romantic and nurturing natural landscape. The house is large and spacious with single occupancy in deluxe double bedrooms to allow a person to feel their own energetic space without the input of another; all rooms have super comfortable beds with monogrammed cotton sheets and mattress toppers.  Each room has its own fully equipped en-suite bathroom with daily laundry service and organic products from Green and Spring.   A lovely team of maids unpack for you, do any laundry you may require, keep your rooms tenderly cared for and stocked with fresh flowers and candles. David, is our beautiful butler at mealtimes and Diego, Manolo and Amador are our resident master horsemen (dressage is their speciality) who put our sweet horses to bed at night. There is a large steam room and heated outdoor swimming pool.

The estate has 2 unique romantic towers where some of the treatments take place – a simple walk through the gardens take you to your little slice of heaven. four of the rooms have their own private garden terraces.

Two our our bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, are ground floor circular turrets, which are nestled in rose garden away from the main house – Orange Blossom Tower and Rose Blossom Tower. There are three rooms within the main courtyard of the house which have individual private patios that look on to the back of the estate’s garden – the Green room, the Red room and the Blue room – and there is another room in the garden called ‘The Cheese house’ which again has it’s own outdoor patio space – if you have a preference for any particular rooms please let us know on booking as room go on a first come first served basis.

NOURISHMENT

We run a vibrant, feel-good, fresh-from our farm.  We are wheat, dairy, gluten free and offer both raw and cooked whole foods including fish and our organic farm reared free range chicken and eggs, plus fresh honey from our bees and our own olive oil (both of which you get to take home with you as our gift).

Our health tonics and herbal teas come from our herb garden and the lemon trees surrounding us.

All of the meals and menus are designed to be highly alkalising to counter the effects of over-acidity – we can cater to any food requirement and encourage guests to eat their last solid foods at 6pm so that the digestive system has time to relax and renew over our time together.

RIDING

There’s nothing like feeling into the energy of a horse to connect you deeply to your own energy and the surrounding energy of Mother Earth for that reason we offer the very best experience in horse riding with horses so beautiful and kind they take your breath away.  Guests can learn to ride in the menage and eventually ride in the hills through the olive groves on lead reins or without. For those less keen to be on top of a horse, there is also a beautiful mule-drawn open carriage to explore and picnic in the 5000 acreage of olive and cork trees and wild natural beauty. If you come in September/October you will also experience and see the Rut (mating season of the wild deer) which is something very beautiful and potent to be surrounded by.
